Grabine Lakeside State Park is an extensive area of land exceeding 600 hectares. It consists of a most attractive, rural landscape varying from the foreshores of Lake Wyangala and gently sloping lands to a steep escarpment featuring large, granite boulders at the eastern boundary. The high area provides many scenic views of Grabine and Lake Wyangala.

The recreation area is most suited as a holiday or picnic area for those people who appreciate open space away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Free Tennis and 6 hole golf course. Activities include water-skiing, fishing, sailing, swimming and bush walking.
