Corin Forest Mountain Retreat

Corin Forest is a year round recreation facility with an emphasis on mountain sports and activities located just 45 minutes drive from Parliament House, Canberra, on an all sealed road.

A fun park with a difference, Corin Forest, is famous for its long, fast bobsled run. Sleds hurtle down the slide at up to 70km an hour, but you can always put on the brakes. Corin Forest also has a flying fox and in winter there's snow play, toboggans and even skiing.

Many people, however, come to Corin just to enjoy the wonderful Australian bush setting. The grassy verges of a tranquil pond, formed on a permanent stream, is the perfect spot for picnicking, and our Cafe overlooking the pond offers refreshments together with normal amenities. In winter the Cafe has a roaring open fire, creating a cosy atmosphere for those not involved in snowplay.
