Situated on the edge of the Cradle Mountain National Park, the park allows visitors to experience a wilderness adventure. Whilst your there take in some bushwalking, sightseeing, a helicopter or quad bike ride, maybe even visit Daisy the Discovery Devil at Devils @ Cradle, who knows you may get to meet her personally.

Local Area: Cradle Mountain is located in the northern part of the wild Cradle Mt - Lake St Clair National Park. The region is one of the most popular natural areas in Tasmania. With a view across Dove Lake to Cradle Mountain, no wonder it is a highlight. The mountain itself is a jagged, dolerite peak that dominates the area. This dramatic vista can be seen on foot as you walk along the shores of Dove Lake.

We stayed at the Cosy Cabin for 2 nights. The cabin is clean but has an odd layout. The toilet and bathroom though separated, are in the room with bunks.
