Geoff Lindsay weaves magic with his innovative menu. Covering every occasion with dishes such as coddled eggs toasty with salmon caviar for breakfast on the weekend, to the fabulous bar and snack-sized dishes such as prosciutto-wrapped grissini sticks with truffle oil to the restaurant menu that journeys through South East Asia with European touches.
Expect to see dishes such as roasted red duck curry with a crispy fried egg, shallots, sweet fish sauce and coconut rice or steamed barramundi with baby corn, spring onions, ginger and hand rolled rice noodles.
