Barrington Tops National Park is located on 73,884 hectares and is listed on the World Heritage List. The National Park is located 38 kilometres west of Gloucester, 40 Kilometres north-west of Dungog and 65 Kilometres east of Scone.
There are lookouts, including Devil's Hole lookout and walking tracks at Gloucester Tops, Williams River and Careys Peak. Wheelchair access is provided at Devils Hole Lookout and the Williams River picnic area. Car based camping is available at Gloucester River (fees apply), Polbue Swamp, Horse Swamp or Devils Hole.
Enjoy short and interesting walks at Gloucester Tops, featuring Antarctic beech forests, snow gum woodlands and scenic waterfalls. There are also easy walks through rainforest and tall blue gum forest at Williams River and Jerusalem Creek. This park features World Heritage-listed rainforests, wilderness areas and wild, scenic rivers.
