Fleurtys farm produces Dutch Iris for the Melbourne and Sydney markets, Tasmanian native pepper and pure essential oils from locally grown herbs and foliage. Most of Australia's native pepper is dried and packaged here on the farm, and sold under the Diemen Pepper label.

Products include a zesty Tapas Oil and spicy Pepperberry Vinegar, packaged berries and leaf as well as our own Pepperberry and Rhubarb Chutney, all of which are available from the farm shop.

Visitors are encouraged to take walks (from 10 minutes to an hour) around the farm or on our trails which lead through native bush. They can pick up a picnic pack and find a quiet spot to spread the rug and enjoy freshly baked savoury pastries, local wine and delicious cakes and treats. The Essential oil distillery is open during the daytime all year round, and will be operating during the season.

1. Not told when booking that restaurant would have to open specially for us. We could have gone any other day when it was open.
2. Very casual attitude to us on arrival.
3. Long wait while meal and salads were prepared
