Located in Gregory National Park, this large Boab tree stands at the campsite of Augustus Gregorys North Australian expedition, which was commenced in 1885.

The tree has special significance to the Ngarinman Aboriginal people and is a registered sacred site. There is a boardwalk constructed to minimise visitor impact on the surrounding area.
