Joseph's Restaurant offers exquisite breakfasts, lunches and dinners in luxurious and exotic surroundings; the Victorian State Rose Garden, Victoria's Open Range Zoo, the National Equestrian Centre, Polo Academy and the Shadowfax Winery & Vineyard.
Executive chef Paul Raynor and his dedicated team of staff create fantastic dishes with a modern Mediterranean emphasis, such as seared scallops on creme fraiche potatoes and romensco sauce and cutlet of veal with ragout of asparagus, braised shallots and morel veloute. World-class English born Raynor has experience working in top restaurants in London, Amsterdam and Paris.
The Mansion Hotel, home to Joseph's Restaurant caters for groups from 10 to 180, be it for meetings, banquets, weddings, conferences or special events. With a spa and gymnasium, golf and tennis, as well as many adventure activities on offer, there is something to satisfy even the most discerning customer.
