The major attraction of the Yarra Valley is the combination of a cool climate and a range of vineyard sites. Together they contribute to the region producing some of the finest wines in Australia.

The long ripening period allows sugar levels to rise gradually while still retaining natural acidity, resulting in excellent flavours and acid balance.

Owner, Rob Dolan's career in the wine industry began in South Australia where he learnt the art of winemaking. After winning many national and international awards, Rob released his own label - "Sticks" - wines he crafts from fruit grown on premium vineyards owned by his partners in the Yarra Valley.
