Constable Estate Vineyards

Constable Estate Vineyards is a boutique family vineyard located at Pokolbin, in the heart of the Lower Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia. Producing 3000 cases per year, Constable & Hershon has retained its image as being one of the most beautiful and successful vineyards in Australia.

Cradled against the magnificent backdrop of the Brokenback Ranges, the vineyard of 7 hectares is planted to the classic grape varieties of chardonnay, semillon, cabernet sauvignon and merlot.

Limited production wines are available through the air-conditioned cellar door, our exclusive membership club and a number of selected Hunter Valley restaurants and hotels. In addition, selected varieties are distributed through an associated company, Australian Select Wines, who in turn sell them to restaurants, hotels, etc. throughout New South Wales.
