Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium was Queensland's first planetarium opened in 1978 and named after the great Sir Thomas Brisbane who was responsible for the first extensive mapping of Australia's southern sky.

The Planetarium offers an insight in to the universe and includes a display zone featuring spacecraft models arefacts and asteroids. You will also see images from the Hubble Space Telescope.
