The Clare Golf Club is located 136km north of Adelaide in the beautiful Clare Valley Wine Region. The 18 hole par 72 course of 5,897 metres is one of South Australia's finest country courses with manicured and watered fairways and greens playable all year. Visitors are most welcome and generally a booking will confirm a suitable tee time.

Set amongst vineyards, woodlands, lakes and creeks, this course provides numerous natural challenges and provides stunning scenery and the chance to see one of the many kangaroos living on the course.

The split level clubhouse features a sprig bar (open to the public) with outside paved barbecue area. There is a stocked pro shop with a resident golf professional on hand for golf tuition. The upstairs function room with a balcony (used extensively for Wedding Receptions)overlooks the course and surrounding countryside. The Clare Golf Club caters for individual players, groups or corporate outings.

Also Stableford for other players. Sunday October 17 - ALLIANCE ONE MID NORTH OPEN - STROKE 18 Holes round 2. Also Stableford for other players.

A lovely, if somewhat basic course. It has no bunkers and few real water hazards but there's still plenty of ways to get into trouble. The course steadily climbs a hill from the first to 6th, with the seventh hole being off the side of what looks like an old quarry ... Read More (Date of experience: Dec, 2011 )
