Our complex is located opposite beautiful Scarborough Beach and close to cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Observation Rise are privately owned apartments that offer quality and affordable accommodation and some of the best facilities along the Sunset Coast.

Observation Rise Apartments provide fully furnished & equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom & 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments, all have OCEAN VIEWS from your balcony or patio.

The facilities at Observation Rise include a large outdoor pool equipped with its own beach & waterfall, heated indoor swimming pool, large heated spa, sauna and gymnasium. Tennis courts, barbecues and double underground parking is also on site.

Public transport (bus) is available outside our door to Perth city, major shopping centres and Hillary's Boat Harbour, and connects to train services.
