Getting There: Getting to Strahan from Hobart will take you 4 ½ to 5 hours through scenic farmland, forests and mountains. Take National Highway 1 to Bridgewater, veer left, follow the A10 towards New Norfolk, this road will lead you to Queenstown. Follow the signs from Queenstown to Strahan; you will pass the BP when you are within Strahan Town Boundary. BP is followed by Strahan Supermarket, and go right into Harvey St at the T-junction. Follow the road to the round about. Anchor Down Cottages are on the left of the round-a-bout.
