David and Sharon Medlow Smith started their business Medlow Confectionary in 1996 in McLaren Vale from their kitchen. In early 2002 they sold the business but retained their factory shop, now located at McLarens on the Lake, where they produce and sell direct to visitors from all over the world.
The new business David Medlow Chocolates has developed a new range of pectin jellies and hand made Belgian Chocolates. Visitors to their factory and cellar door sales area are invited to sample products, watch them being made and purchase direct. A mailing list is also available to visitors who may which to continue enjoying David's unique range of quality confections.
Products include Citrus Aray, Wild Berries and other exciting flavours such as passionfruit, lychee, cranberry, green apple and more, go to make up a very distinctive selection. David's latest hand made liquid pectin centers moulded in the finest Belgian Milk or Dark Chocolate are proving to be big favourites.
