De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate is where the family philosophy of great wine, food & friends come together in a magnificent setting, one hour from Melbourne. Set amidst 400 acres of estate vineyards with views in all directions, Locale at De Bortoli Yarra Valley offers a distinctly different celebration venue.

The De Bortoli winery and vineyard is located at Dixons Creek just 8 kilometres along the Melba Highway, from the small township of Yarra Glen.

The vineyard has a good mix of varieties including; Chardonnay, Riesling, Semillon, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz as well as lesser known varieties such as Viognier.

The Restaurant and Cellar Door Sales facility was built by the De Bortoli family in 1990. Situated right in the middle of the property, the restaurant has panoramic views of the vineyards, landscaped gardens and surrounding ranges.

Special Features: Just beneath the restaurant is Cellar Door Sales and newly opened cheese shop and maturation room. This renovated sales area is the perfect place to commence a guided winery tour held daily at 11 am and 3 pm, weather permitting, followed by a tutored tasting of our wines grown in Victoria.
Opening Times: Cellar Door and Cheese Shop open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Restaurant open daily for lunch and Saturday evening for dinner.
