A great place for those interested in local history, a visit to the museum will prove very rewarding. Housed in the old E.S. & A Bank, there are records of early settlement in the Berry district.
The Berry Museum was established in 1970, the Museum moved to its present premises in 1975, and concentrates on memorabilia peculiar to the Berry-Coolangatta District; it has comprehensive information on a number of pioneering families.
Lots of photographs of people, places and activities are on display. Guided and self completing tours are available and a "please touch room" for children.
