I found this site online and was very excited when I looked at the photos and was eager to get a spot and start out family holiday.
I didn't even get as far as booking a spot!!
The person I spoke to on the phone was short, rude and unfriendly when informing me there were no spots available at the time I wanted to go and didn't even let me know when there would be availabilities ...
