Home to some of the best Greek food in Melbourne, helped along by the fact that the owners' mothers cook in the kitchen. The menu offers traditional fare, split into starters, charcoal grills, salads and seafoods.
Entrees run through saganaki, charcoal octopus, dolmades or dips or combine them all on the meze platter with an optional extra of ouzo. Mains are a bit more adventurous with the four-hour baked lemon lamb and Spestofai beef sausages with rich tomato salsa.
No visit would be complete without the loukoumades, their famous honey doughnuts dusted with cinnamon and crushed walnuts.
