After more than 30 years in the wine business, Redbank Winery, in the heart of the Pyrenees region of Victoria, continues to be wholly owned and operated by Neill & Sally Robb. The Winery is distinctly Australian and is named after the small town situated three kilometres to the north, and is located 2 hours northwest of Melbourne.
Chestnut Cottage at Redbank Winery is a gorgeous mud brick cottage on the property, and is available for bookings. Able to accommodate up to three couples, has a generous living area. Full facilities include BBQ, video and a mini bar stocked with Redbank produce. With a bright upstairs balcony overlooking the Sally's Paddock vineyard and total privacy, this is a perfect spot to relax, unwind and sip happily on a delicious red.

- The cellar door at Redbank Winery is open everyday, and patrons are invited to enjoy the delicious hand made dishes at the Flying Pig Deli. The Deli is a great eat-in spot, and includes delights such as Neill's smoked lamb and specialty cheese selections. The Flying Pig offer fantastic espresso coffee and Sally's home made cakes throughout the day.
- History
- Neill & Sally planted their first vines in 1973, which consisted of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec varieties. Today there are 45 acres under vine, which produce high quality grapes. The original vineyard of Sally's Paddock, named after Neill's wife Sally, is still a non-irrigated single vineyard that continues to deliver a wine of wonderful complexity and depth. Sally's Paddock is listed as 'distinguished on Langton's Classification of Distinguished Australian Wine.
