Additional InfoThe property is straight across from the water at Margate Beach, which is a very safe swimming beach and has great fishing when the time is right. Margate is a quiet area and is a lovely spot for a relaxing holiday. The position also makes this property close to the city, the north coast and Australia Zoo yet it is away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy city life. To get to the Gold Coast you go straight down the Gateway going through only three sets of lights. Redcliffe has a wonderful walkway and bikeway which can take you right around the Peninsular.
