Dal Zotto Wines was founded and is owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family.

Along with his family, Otto Dal Zotto (surely the man with the most rhythmically Italian name in the district) makes rich and full-flavoured wines that are more than just merely satisfying.

The Chardonnay is now made using French oak, and its fine, complex flavours love it; the Merlot is pungent and long; and the Cabernet Merlot one of the better reds in the Valley, with a fine, powdery tannic structure that will hold it in good stead for a few years.
