Gladstone Maritime Museum

The Maritime Museum is a collection of Gladstone's historical artefacts, memorabilia and photos recalling those adventurous days of sail and steam, the call of the sea and the peril of the sea.

Displays at the museum include feature on Matthew Flinders, a library, display of flags and plaques, a 'Director II' feature room, maritime equipment, early maritime charts and items from Gladstone's famous yacht - 'Wistari'
