Ashmore Palms is a short walk away from a local shopping centre, dining options, bottle shop, bus stops and fast food outlets, such as Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster and Pizza Hut takeaway.

Ashmore Palms offers free kids activities, which include face painting, kids' craft, balloon modelling, games and sand art. These activities are free for holiday guests. Guests are issued with an activities program upon check-in at Ashmore Palms. The Village also runs a courtesy shuttle to select locations, including Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town Shopping Centre.
