Surrounded by the unspoilt grandeur of Hat Head National Park, the tranquil seaside Hat Head Holiday Park offers the ultimate beach side escape for nature lovers seeking accommodation in the greater Kempsey area. The seemingly endless beach, sparkling creek, and rocky headland that adjoins the park is paradise.

The rich aquatic environment of the continental shelf is just eleven nautical miles offshore. With access to a boat ramp, and a diverse range of magnificent fishing spots, all anglers are virtually guaranteed to bring home a 'big one'! There are fish cleaning tables at the boat ramp for the successful angler to use.

Activities include boogie board hire, free kayaks, Korogoro Creek is perfect for children especially if they want to learn to snorkel (BYO), childrens playground, bushwalking in the Hat Head national park, local tennis courts and DVD hire is available in the village. The beach is patrolled during the NSW school holidays.

DISCOUNTS *Winter concession: one month minimum stay, June to August only - sites only $130.00 per week. Price valid from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010. *Seniors discount: 10% off powered sites in DISCOUNT and SHOULDER seasons only. *Aged Pensioner discount: sites only $121.80 per week/$19.50 per day during DISCOUNT SEASON and $130.20 per week/$20.50 per day during SHOULDER SEASON. Price valid from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010.

Hat Head Holiday Park is part of the Macleay Valley Coast and is approximately 5 1/2 hours north of Sydney and 6 2/3 hours south of Brisbane. Surrounding areas include South West Rocks, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, Kempsey, Frederickton, and Gladstone. Bring your kayak or surf ski and explore the Korogoro Creek waterway. Watch the whales from the headland as they migrate between June and August.
