We stayed at the Oaks Plaza Pier Hotel for 12 days we had a fantastic view of the beach from our room the rooms where cleaned daily with fresh towels daily. We ate in the restaurants on a few occasions the food was very nice and plentiful we found some of the staff did not possess very good customer service skills especially the manager of the Thai restaurant ... If you can afford it, book a water view room. Good size room, comfortable with all the mod con's. Be mindful that parking is an additional cost. We had numerous hiccups with our security key over our 4 day stay; not helpful when you are on the 6th floor & continually have to return to reception to have your key recoded ... Read More
