Australian Cinemas Croydon

The Croydon Cinemas has been operating for 28 years have originally being opened as a twin screen complex with 2 additional screens then being added in the early 1990's. The cinemas were closed in 2003 and then re-opened in 2004 as the Croydon Ritz Cinemas before then being purchased by Australian Cinemas late 2005.

The cinema has a ground floor entry floor entry to Hewmart Arcade containing complimentary retail services including restaurants and has been totally renovated and refurbished, including air-conditioning to a 2005 standard comprising (4) cinemas with a total seating capacity of 732 seats.

Further renovations and expansion development will take place early 2006. We are an affordable family entertainment venue offering a high quality in comfort, sound and visual experience in a more personalised atmosphere.
