Australian Open - The Grand Slam of Asia/Pacific

The Australian Open 2011 returns to Melbourne Park from the 17th to 30th January after an amazing 2010 Gram Slam Men's Final between Andy Murray and Roger Federer.

The Australian Open 2011 is 1 of only 4 Grand Slam tennis tournaments in the world and the first of the year. The Australian Open event has played every January in Melbourne since 1972 and at Melbourne Park since 1988.

Defending champ Roger Federer, along with a group of experienced players and future greats, will be back once again, but Serena Williams will not due to rehabilitation for an ongoing foot injury.
