Instructors integrate the Pilates Method with latest research into the management of musculo - skeletal dysfunction. An initial one on one consultation is a pre-requisite to undertake a specialised Pilates program.

Instructors supervise small groups of approximately 3 - 4 clients as they work through their individualised programs. We continually modify programs to maximise benefits. Cutting edge medical research shows Pilates is beneficial for many types of pain relief, particularly chronic lower back. Improve posture and upper body awareness to reduce neck and shoulder pain.

Wollongong Pilates Studio design specific programs for dance and sports training. And guided sessions for pre and post pregnancy, to reduce low back strain, prepare for labour and promote recovery.
