Located only 10 mins from the heart of Port Stephens, yet a world away, the resort is set in 8 hectares of stunning bushland & nestled on the edge of the magnificent One Mile Beach and Samurai Beach sand dunes.

Enjoy a peaceful walk on one of the many nature trails in the Area or amble along one of the walking trails that connects the resort to spectacular Samurai Beach - 20 min walk.

Beautifully appointed one bedroom units & two bedroom villas are ideal for a couple or family. All units/villas are complete with everything you will need allowing you more time to make the most of the resort facilities, fantastic activities in the area or simply relaxing in Samurai's tranquil environment.

Further Information: Samurai Beach Resort also offers a kids activites program during nsw school holidays. Either make the most of the peace & quiet while the kids are off having fun or you're welcome to join in with them. Samurai Beach Resort, in conjunction with Port Stephens Beachside Holiday Parks operates specialised tours using our own 20 seater bus as part of the activities program offered to guests. Summer - maximum temperatures are usually around 27°C (80°F) going down to around 11°C (51°F) at night. Winter - maximum temperatures during the day are usually around 17°C (62°F) going down to around 8°C (46°F) at night. (Please note that the nearby Samurai Beach is a designated National Parks clothing optional beach.)
Getting There: Port Stephens is the Blue Water Paradise of New South Wales mid-north coast. Just a 21/2 hour drive north of Sydney via the Newcastle Freeway will put you into the heart of Port Stephens, a holiday playground with something to offer everyone. From Sydney: 220 kilometres, 2.5 hours drive north from Sydney via the F3 Freeway. From Newcastle: 50 kilometres, 45 minutes drive north from Newcastle. Air: Flights are available daily to Newcastle Airport, Williamtown (25 minutes drive to Port Stephens) from Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Coolangatta, nsw North Coast (Taree, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour). Coach: A coach service departs Eddy Ave, Central Station Sydney daily at 2.00pm for Port Stephens. This departs Port Stephens for Sydney at 9.00am daily.

The resort continues to be upgraded every time we stay. They have added even more stuff for the kids - the giant chess board is great fun. There is so much space to enjoy and the koalas are a bonus. Would definitely recommend a visit ... Read More
