The greatest tradition in Victorian racing is Boxing Day, and the eight country clubs holding meetings this Monday are looking forward to another enormous day of relaxed festive racing.

The eight Victorian country meetings on Boxing Day are at Kerang, Moe, Penshurst, Mansfield, Nhill, Geelong, Wodonga and the picnic meeting at Drouin.

The Boxing Day festivities continue the following day on December 27 with two meetings on the Boxing Day Public Holiday at Stony Creek in Gippsland and in the North-East at Towong.
