Melbourne International Dragon Boat Festival

The Victorian Dragon Boat Association Inc. welcomes you to the premier event for the season; the Melbourne International Dragon Boat Festival, an event we hold annually in Melbourne, Australia.

Melbournes world-renowned passion for sport and culture has, for many years now, inspired the Victorian Dragon Boat Association to stage this first class event at this spectacular setting.

In addition, there will be the opportunity for teams to train regularly and to compete in other events, in Melbourne and around Victoria. Please refer to the Latest News portion of their web site for updates.

For many years now the Festival has been held on the Yarra River. The Yarra River meanders along the city's edge, with the famous Botanic Gardens to the south and the City skyline to the north.
