Maroochy Sands was the first high-rise built accommodation in Maroochydore, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. This grand old lady stands out amongst the crowd. The location is unbeatable. The views are spectacular. Our beautifully landscaped pool and BBQ area has recently been refurbished and is amongst the best on the coast.

All 2 and 3 bedroom apartments feature balconies with either ocean or pool views. All apartments get beautiful seabreezes. No need for airconditioning - nature does it for you!The complex features a waxing salon, hairdressers, magnificent Italian Restaurant and even a real estate!

It is only a short stroll to the beautiful beach, abundant restaurants and major shopping venues. Maroochy Sands is still the best location and definitely the best value for money. This is a perfect family getaway, or romantic weekend. The choice is yours!
