Getting ThereFrom Gympie, take the road across the bridge over the Mary River to the Southside of Gympie. About 2km you will notice a school on the right, just past which you turn right into the Gympie-Glastonbury Road. The road winds through beautiful rural countryside bounded by forestry all the way to the small community of Widgee. As you come into Widgee, just past the school you will come to Widgee Creek. Just over the creek, you will see the Widgee Store-Cafe-fuel-bottle shop on your right, turn left into Upper Widgee Road past the Sports Grounds for just a few kilometres and turn off right where the road forks into Thornside Road.
