Phuell Phine Dining, Hampton is ideal for anyone looking for a truly enjoyable and peaceful meal with friends or loved ones. Situated in the winter snow belt of the Blue Mountains between Mt Victoria and the famous Jenolan Caves, Puell Phine Dining offers breathtaking views to complement your meal.

Previously, this quality dining experience was only available to guests of the property's Bed and Breakfast, but is now open to the public. Enjoy dinner with us on Friday and Saturdays, or lunch every Sunday and on public holidays (bookings essential). Phuell is also available on other nights, when booked in advance for groups of at least 7 people, with menus available in advance by fax or e-mail.

At Phuell Phine Dining, our menu is seasonal and so ensures we use only the finest, freshest ingredients when preparing your meal. Phuell's innovative chef aims to use local produce, including free range meats wherever possible. The restaurant is BYO, with no corkage fees, and we invite you to enjoy a pre-dinner drink, or perhaps a port by the open fire after your meal.

For those looking for more than just a dining experience, Phuell is located within The Hampton Homestead, a beautifully maintained 1860's cottage, known locally as The Stone Cottage. We can arrange accommodation for you, depending on availability if you should so desire.
