I booked this at the last minute when it had only been open a few weeks in march '06 and found the rooms to be spotlessly clean and airy (and I'm very fussy). The fans and fridges in the rooms are a great bonus during the summer months and keep you nice and cool, and the beds were very comfy with nice new crisp linen :-) I thought the rooms were excellent for the price, and the location was great ...
