Upon arriving at the hotel we found ants in the bed. We complained and were moved to a BETTER ROOM. Only to find the hotel from hell provided dirty linen, room and bed full of ants as well as throughout room, fridge not working, shower broken, no door handle to bathroom could not close door for fear of being locked in, windows don't open, not able to use pool as was closed due to filth, shower floor filthy had to put down towel to shower ...
