Welcome to Aussie Woolshed Backpackers of Hervey Bay! Take some time out at our small, friendly hostel, situated right in the heart of Hervey Bay, on Queenslands Fraser Coast. Our unique accommodation is set on 1 acre of tropical gardens filled with wildlife and offers plenty of space to relax or socialise. Conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and supermarket as well as the best local restaurants, pubs and bars.

A wide range of 1, 2 and 3-day Fraser Island Tours depart daily from Aussie Woolshed and can be booked through the hostel. We will do our best to make all our guests feel very welcome and offer you a home away from home!

You will be happy and comfortable at the Woolshed Backpackers with our great location, great facilities, and access to all the Fraser Coast offers!

Further Information: At the Aussie Woolshed you'll find rooms to suit all tastes and budgets: Ensuite doubles twins and triples with private bathrooms, TV, DVD Player (FREE DVDs!) tea & coffee making facilities,free towels (optional A/C) $ 68 ($ 87 for triple and $110 for quad)p/night. Delux doubles & twins all with A/C, TV, DVD Player (FREE DVDs!) tea & coffee making facilities $ 30p/night. Standard doubles & twins $ 52p/night 3 & 4 bed dorms no bunks all with A/C, TV, DVD Player (FREE DVDs) $ 25p/night. 6 bed budget dorms $ 22p/night.
