Learn to swing, leap and catch your way through a series of manoeuvres, all under the instruction of professional trapeze artists.

Beginning on the low practice bar, you will learn a basic position and then progress to the high flying trapeze. Once you have mastered your position, you will experience the true thrills of the circus by flying through the air to be caught by a trained catcher. Trapeze workshops provide a great form of exercise and a fantastic atmosphere for spectators to sit back, relax and enjoy the impressive display of their comrades, friends or family.
