Tree Change House is situated on 1 acre of private and secluded forest and is adjacent to the nature reserve. It has 160-degree views sweeping over the Gold Coast from Southport, Surfers Paradise and on to Coolangatta.

Accommodation at Tree Change House is fully self-contained with a beautifully appointed kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a spa located in the main bedroom with sweeping coastal views and all rooms open on to a huge deck.

Tree Change House is located at Lower Beechmont Village, in a quite cul-de-sac. It is only 18 km to Nerang, which has wide range of shops and a cinema complex, and is the gateway to the beaches of the Gold Coast.
