What is Personal Training? Personal Training is one-on-one training that is tailored to your health and fitness goals. Each exercise session is carefully planned so all you have to do is your workout. I will be with you every step of the way, to guide you on your journey to a healthier and fitter you. A Personal Trainer is a motivator and a mentor. I am a firm believer that the mind and the body work hand in hand. That means that your thinking affects the way that you go about your day to day life. Your mind may also place road blocks in front of you. I can help you to eliminate those roadblocks, and get you working at your peak performance.

The Workout The workout is basically to discover your fitness level. Each session after the first work will be tailored specially to your needs. Your workouts will be varied and fun, and at the same time still guiding you along to reach your goals. Nutrition I will help you with your nutrition by counting kilojoules. By counting kilojoules you will realise that everything that you eat makes a difference to the way you feel and to your final goal.
