Bojangles provides true Territory Tucker such as Camel, Crocodile, Kangaroo, Emu and Barramundi. For the serious meat lovers there are six steaks available including "The Big Bugger", a 600gm T-bone steak and Bo's famous Beef Ribs.
The full range of a la carte meals are available in the Saloon and the dining room with additional simple fare menu in the Saloon for light snacks such as Nachos and Steak Sandwiches. If this all sounds a little bit "Meaty" don't worry as many dishes have been provided for fish and chicken lovers as well as vegetarians and our kitchen will cook to request for any special dietary requirements.
