Above Bored B&B offers boutique accommodation in a Federation home, just 5kms north of Perth CBD.

Catering to singles, couples, or families with pets. The front of house is at your disposal, from the stained glass front door to your dining/lounge and bedrooms, or stay in the Garden Room Cottage.

The Master Bedroom features an oak queen-sized bed, gas open fireplace, polished wooden floors and en-suite with bath. The King/Twin bedroom features either a King Bed or twin singles. Its bathroom features fabulous under water fresco ceiling. (Virtual tour all rooms on our website.)

Master or King bedrooms can have an extra person in a single trundle bed for an additional $30.00 per night, including breakfast.

The air conditioned Garden Room (2 night min) is set in a self contained clinker brick cottage with its own remote controlled garage. Includes Queen Bed, en-suite, kitchenette with dishwasher and 2 fridges, desk, garage and backyard BBQ, hammock and outdoor setting.

Further Information: The private dining and lounge for the Master and King/Twin Bedrooms features an open gas fireplace, TV, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Continental breakfast provisions of your choice, including eggs and endless tea and coffee, are discreetly placed in your sideboard the night before, so you can help yourself at your leisure in the morning. The Garden Room has a 2 night minimum stay, and breakfast provisions for the first day, then becomes self contained. Longer staying guests receive twice weekly room cleans and linen changes.
Car parking: The Master and the King/Twin rooms have paved off-street parking and the Garden room has its own remote controlled garage.
Getting There: From Perth domestic Airport: Exits left on Great Eastern Hwy, right into Tonkin Hwy North, left on Guilford Rd exit, left into Lord St, and immediately right into Walcott St, left into Fitzgerald St, then immediately right on Ruby St. Above Bored B&B is on the corner of Norham and Ruby Streets, at the top of the hill. Takes approx 20 mins. From Perth International Airport: Exactly the same, but when you leave the airport go directly right into Tonkin Hwy North. If you prefer to arrive by taxi, tell the driver it's the corner of Norham and Ruby Sts, North Perth.
