Our chef and proprietor Ross Gibb started his career at the prestigious Telford College and moved on to work at some of Europe`s most renowned resorts and hotels. His career brought him to Australia in 1989 and by 1990 he had settled in the Redlands area.
This is where he met his wife Mary and they have become a formidable partnership in the Redlands for almost seventeen years. Both are perfectionists and are dedicated to their industry. Their influence effects those that work for them, and they now head a successful brigade of more than twenty kitchen and service staff.
Dining at the courthouse amongst beautiful settings and enjoying the quality of food and service their solid reputation has been founded upon, diners can feel the personal touches and care the two have instilled.
