Mylan in the Vietnamese language means My Orchid. An Orchid as we know is a type of flower but it also represents beauty, adoration and is the symbol of love. With all these qualities we combine them with the art of Vietnamese cooking, which has been passed down from generation to generation over the centuries. This knowledge and these cooking techniques gained from different generations of chef's have been developed & refined to bring out the most flavoursome flavours.
