Vivaz is located in the heart of The Rocks just a short stroll from the beautiful Sydney Harbour. The stunning views of the harbour will leave you breathless as you enjoy a selection off our well renowned menu. Our goal is to let you experience the exotic and sensual delights of South America, without leaving Sydney.

Vivaz Restaurant caters for all types of occasions with seating for up to 400 people and a Buffet style Latin American Churasco Grill. Included are other delicious Main Courses and Salads, finished off with Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Desserts.

The party picks up as the night rolls on, with live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 10pm. The bands perform all the various styles of music direct from South America. The bar is situated in the centre of the restaurant. Come and choose from our extensive list of cocktails.
