The Outlook is a luxuriously appointed 3 bedroom apartment only metres to Boat Harbour Beach, Port Stephens, 2 ½ hours north of Sydney on the NSW coast. It is a beautiful apartment with a stunning outlook directly onto Boat Harbour beach and the ocean.

The Outlook sleeps up to six people in its three Queen bedrooms (main with ensuite). Bed linen and towels are supplied and are all hotel quality. Facilities include fully equipped kitchen and laundry; spa bath in main bathroom; VCR/DVD/Stereo; 42" Plasma TV; large video and DVD library; gas BBQ on balcony; ducted air conditioning; and security double garage. The Outlook is located on the first level of a boutique building of only 6 apartments, and has fantastic beach and ocean views from the front balcony.

Location: Boat Harbour is a sleepy little hamlet, one of Port Stephens' hidden jewels. It is surrounded by National Park and bordered on the ocean by a rocky headland, which offers superb fishing, great whale watching spots and creates the areas' safest ocean beach. Boat Harbour beach is one of Port Stephens' favourite diving and snorkelling waters, with its many reefs, deep caves and rock platforms and its abundance of fish life. The Stockton Beach Sandunes are just a few kilometres away where you can partake in many activities including Camel Riding, 4 Wheel driving, Sand sliding and sand biking. One Mile Beach and Birubi Beach are located on either side of Boat Harbour and are reknowned for their for their excellent surf.
