Situated on the outskirts of East Gresford, Camyr Allyn Wines is one of the first wineries in the Hunter Valley - a fantastic place to spend the day. John and Judy Evers have realised their dream with the development of their vineyard and release of their estate grown Camyr Allyn Wines.
There are three varieties of grapes grown on Camyr Allyn North vineyard. They are Verdelho, Merlot and Shiraz. The Camyr Allyn portfolio of six wines includes these three base varietals plus three lifestyle wines namely a Sweet Verdelho, a Rose and a Sparkling Merlot Shiraz.
Regular visitors to the Barrington Tops region of the Hunter love to stop in at Camyr Allyn for tasting, and to relax for a few hours on the estate. The Cellar Door is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm, and all visitors are welcome to make use of the riverside picnic area.

The grounds of this estate are just magnificent. I would recommend people visit in Autumn, I went in winter and it was still beautiful but will be visiting again to see the autumn colours.
