Freestyle Combat Karate Aust

Freestyle Combat Karate is a family oriented self-defence system designed for both sexes and all ages. Freestyle also caters for people with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Classes are taught in a friendly relaxed atmosphere and are designed for you and your family to have fun in a very safe training environment. Caring, professional, and qualified instructors teach all Freestyle Combat Karate classes.

Freestyle Combat Karate is a member of the Australian Kung Fu Federation and the Martial Arts Industry Association. Classes are conducted under the strict guidelines as set down by these associations in regard to class safety and instructor qualifications.

Our primary goal is to develop self-defence confidence, tolerance, discipline and compassion as well as a strong body. This is done in a friendly, relaxed training atmosphere supervised by instructors who understand the importance of personal attention and positive encouragement.
