Merlo is a small chain of boutique coffee outlets, with five locations across Brisbane including one at University of Queensland St. Lucia.

The Merlo cafe's are open at most locations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diners can select from light meals, pizza's, focaccia's and appetisers as well as a great selection of beverages and even better Merlo coffee.
